Bolton Council is working with local developers Watson Homes on a £100m sustainable regeneration project in Bolton Town Centre.

The transformation of Church Wharf will create a vibrant urban neighbourhood which will include a hotel, more than 400 new homes and retail, leisure and community spaces.
